SOUNDBITE: (English) Chris Robshaw, England captain

(asked if a chance to lift a new Six Nations trophy gives added motivation for the championship):

"You always want to pick up silverware, don't you. But it's a lot easier to sit here and say that than actually go out there and do it. So we need to, we need to focus. We've only just come back into camp so it's been all kind of preparation on how we get England kind of back on page and all our preparation later in the week to go down to Wales and hopefully put on a good display."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Chris Robshaw, England captain

(on injuries suffered by members of the England squad):

"It's never ideal, is it, but unfortunately they happen and it's about how we react. We're confident in the squad we have whether it's guys coming in for the first time who have been waiting for this type of opportunity, who are going to grab it with arms and really excel, so.... No, we're extremely confident.... with our squad and looking forward to it."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Chris Robshaw, England captain

(on England's opening game against Wales, who they will also face in the World Cup group stage):

"They always seem to big these Six Nations games and I don't think, I don't think you ever look at one and say 'oh, I've got an easier game here.' I think that's the beauty of the tournament, that you have to make sure every week and every minute, of every game you are on your mettle, 'cause if not, as you find out in previous years, teams can exploit each other. So it makes it extremely exciting for the neutral, but no, yes, it's great to go down there (Cardiff). It's one of the best venues in World Rugby, isn't it, so to play down there, all the guys are excited to go back. We're looking forward to it."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Chris Robshaw, England captain

(asked how hard it will be to focus on the Six Nations with a World Cup coming later in the year):

"In all honesty it's not too hard. It really is one of those things which is kind of in a couple of months time and potentially kind of after the Six Nations then all the attention will, will kind of turn to that, but the Six Nations is so big in itself, like you said, there's a new trophy, it's a huge tournament, it takes over a nation and kind of very sporting areas, so it's brilliant to be part of and all, everyone's attention has to be on the Six Nations and the first game."
