"There is no right or wrong way to do it. People will keep an unchanged side, you could argue the benefits of that but I think it is just from a physiological point of view that you've just got to take it into consideration the ability of your players to recover. I don't need to add anymore to a few well thought of managers let's say who have aired their views on it. It is what it is - it's to play against Newcastle at home gives us a chance to build on a couple of decent results but I think it is inevitable that there will be some changes."

"I'm sure John Carver will be preparing his hometown side very well. They'll have to deal with the same problems that we have in terms of turnaround from the game, losing players to the African Cup of Nations. I am sure John will be thinking about it very short term - get the best side out and get the best result for him and for Newcastle. Clearly our priority is the Premier League but we will try and win the game and that's all I can really say about it."
