    SOUNDBITE: (English), Rob Kelly:

"Well, we are preparing for the West Ham game, so we are trying to focus really on that. They know how important the game is. They are obviously disappointed that Alan has gone. As I said, they have got a lot of respect for him not just as a coach but as a person. But he would want them to go and perform, be as professional as possible, train and prepare properly and get on with the game, the actual match against West Ham. That's all that we have reiterated. It's happened, draw a line and let's move on."

    SOUNDBITE: (English), Rob Kelly:

"Well, I think you'd have to ask them that. They've got a lot of respect for Alan, terrific person first and foremost, terrific man and an excellent coach. But they are professional people and they get on with their jobs which is exactly what Alan would want us to do and try and get a result and prepare as best as we can to try and win or get a result at West Ham."

    SOUNDBITE: (English), Rob Kelly:

"Firstly it's not me, I'm part of a team that is organising and it's not about me. So you learn to move that on - the most important thing are the players, the supporters and people at the club. So how I feel is really irrelevant. You just move on and we'll deal with it as I said as professionally as we possibly can - so how I feel is really not important."
