SOUNDBITE: (English) Liverpool coach Brendan Rodgers (Q: How pleased are you with Adam Lallana's general progress?)

A: "Very pleased. I think he is a wonderfully gifted player and it was a big move coming here from Southampton where he was the captain. I think for all the players coming in to a club this size it is difficult because you never know with the expectations. You never know until you arrive here but I think they are now starting adapting to that, to what we demand here and how far we want to go. Tonight you look at the team and it was a very young team, with an average age of 22, 23 years of age, so I was very pleased with the overall performance of Adam and the overall team tonight."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Liverpool coach Brendan Rodgers

"Apart from a ridiculous spell of about seven, eight minutes, when we scored the second goal, when we gave the ball away cheaply and conceded and then tried our best to give them another goal, apart from that, it was a real dominant performance, I felt."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Swansea coach Garry Monk

"Obviously disappointed with the result. I thought we played okay actually, we had the most possession, we did create some chances but really we made too many mistakes and that is what cost us the result in the end. At any level if you make those sorts of mistakes you will get punished but especially at this level against a talented Liverpool side those mistakes will get punished as we saw tonight."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Swansea coach Garry Monk (about goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski)
"The thing is Fabianski has been absolutely fantastic for us and unfortunately there will be a point in the season where the goalkeeper will make a mistake and generally when they make a mistake I think it ends up in a goal situation."
