Intro:

SOUNDBITE: (English) Sam Allardyce, West Ham United manager: (on the disallowed goal)
"Yes he (Diafra Sakho) was standing in an offside position but we've seen so many of those (that have) been allowed as goals and I've never seen one that's been not given. And if you could cast your mind back to (West Ham playing) Everton away, then that decision was given that (Everton striker Romelu) Lukaku was stood offside even though the ball ricocheted off our player to him and that was onside. So can you tell me what is an offside and what isn't? Because now I'm totally and utterly confused and bewildered."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Arsene Wenger, Arsenal manager:
"Yeah, we had a solid, combative, united performance from the first to the last minute and I think, looking at the goal chances, we deserved to win the game. It was a typical, committed, direct game where we needed to be solid in the air, take our chances on the breaks. Unfortunately, when they came back to 2-1 we had five or six chances on counter-attacks we couldn't take, but overall I must say everybody did the job very well from the keeper to up front."
