    Script:

Just four months to the day since he took charge, Neil Warnock has been sacked as Crystal Palace manager.

Warnock leaves Palace with the club in the relegation zone on 15 points, having won just one of their last twelve league matches.

That being a memorable 3-1 win over Liverpool which saw them in 14th position at the time.

Tim Sherwood and Tony Popovic are the frontrunners to replace Warnock, Popovic having play for the club for five seasons.

Sherwood was touted for the job back in August and likely fancy another crack at Premier League management.
