Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson previews the Premier League Boxing Day clash against Tottenham Hotspur.

    Script:

SOUNDBITE: (English) Nigel Pearson, Leicester City manager (on recent form):

"Well it depends. Considering the run that we have had for us to be... I mean, we are at the bottom but we have... we still feel that we have a situation that can be turned around. We know that our performances probably don't reflect where we are you know. You can get a bit tired of being told how unlucky we have been. I would rather win very luckily over the next few weeks and play awfully as long as we get the right result. I think that is how it is. Clearly, for us to change our fortunes we have got to eradicate some of the mistakes that we are making."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Nigel Pearson, Leicester City manager (on the festive fixtures):

"We will need all our players to be... the ones who are available to be ready to perform over this, what is a very busy period so I think that is important for us."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Nigel Pearson, Leicester City manager (on current injuries):-

"From last week... really it is the long-termers (injured). I think not, I think, I know Chris Wood has gone home today with some sort of infection -- and whether he will shake that off before Boxing Day I don't know, but apart from that it is really as we were."
