SOUNDBITE: (English) Brendan Rodgers, Liverpool Manager:

"You know we are very fortunate that we have got a captain that is a strong leader in the dressing room. That is something that has been very important in my time here. That spirit. I hear one or two bits and pieces that is maybe being said about unrest. It is totally untrue. Of course we are not happy that we are not winning games. You know, these are competitive players and a lot of these nearly went and won the league last season. So they are competitive and they wont be happy with losing. But the actual spirit within the group is very very strong and that is one of the reason I believe that once we get that confidence back and are performing well equally then we will go into the second half of the season and be much better."
