SOUNDBITE (English) Patrick Vieira, Under-21 Elite Development Manager, Manchester City:
"When you have a facility like that you give yourself all the chance to make it. Obviously we know some are not going to make it, but we are running a programme as well because what is important is that we want them to be a footballer, but a good football player as well, but a good person, a good human being and if they don't make it as a player they will find something else they want to do in life."
SOUNDBITE (English) Kean Bryan, Manchester City youth team player:
"The facilities here, it's everything you need as a footballer. So, literally none of us can complain if we don't get to the top level. This is the facility you need and we have them. So it's up to us now to work hard and to get to the top level."
SOUNDBITE (English) Patrick Vieira, Under-21 Elite Development Manager, Manchester City:
"I think if we're going to the market and we try to compete to bring young players, or first team players, having a facility like that can help."
SOUNDBITE (English) Brian Marwood, Manchester City football administration officer:
"We feel now we have a fantastic state-of-the-art facility. We feel we have a philosophy and a culture that hopefully people will want to be part of. So we certainly have a more stronger cues (reason) to get people to want to come to this football club. And I think that mix, together with creating history, creating something that's special. I'd like to think it was a powerful cocktail for people to want to come."
