SOUNDBITE (English) Arsene Wenger, Arsenal coach: (on whether defeat at Stoke City in the Premier League on Saturday will have an adverse affect on his team)
"We have to cope with that we are professional football players, and football is responsible. What is important is the next game and the desire too. I am a competitive person, and what is important for me is the next game, and respond in strong way, and to play to win the game. It's the part of our job, you know, you can not always look for excuses, we are down, we are down, everybody feels. I don't think when you have a disappointment you respond in a strong way, that's what competition is about. But you can not as well say, guarantee to anybody never lose a game. Many teams can lose at Stoke (City). You have to be realistic as well."
(on playing a Galatasaray side which has already been eliminated from Europe)
"Turkey is a proud country. Galatasaray is the biggest club in Turkey. I don't think they can afford to go into this game on one pace, I expect a strong response from Galatasaray. I have been here before and I think they will show that they have the quality to go through - they did last year, they knocked Juventus out here in the last game and I think it could be a very intense game."
