A goalkeeping blunder helped Club Brugge seal 2-1 home win over Zulte Waregem on Sunday (December 7) and allowed them to extend their lead at the top of the Belgian Pro League.

Belgian league leaders Club Brugge played host to Zulte Waregem on Sunday and the game delivered three incredible goals.

Brugge opened the socring in the 15th minute thanks to a quite amazing error of judgement by Zulte keeper Sammy Bossut.

He called for his defender to leave Brandon Mechele's hopefull long ball but somehow managed to misjudge the bounce and it sailed over his head giving Brugge the lead.

The home side doubled their lead and all but secured all three points in the 90th minute thanks to a stunning finish by Victor Vazquez.

The former Barcelona youth player striking his effort with the outside of foot and floated it into the top corner.

There was still time for a final moment of brilliance - this time by Zulte's James Troisi.

He produced the goal of the day as he caught Matt Ryan off his line with an effort from close to the halfway line.

It ended 2-1, Club Brugge extending their lead at the top of the Belgian Pro League to four points.
