Post-match reaction after Stoke City stunned Arsenal with a 3-2 victory in the English Premier League on Saturday.

SOUNDBITE: Mark Hughes, Stoke City manager

"Yeah, I think that was the order of the day for us. We'd been disappointed in recent weeks, played well in the last three games to be perfectly honest. Against Burnley, here, we made a couple of mistakes and paid a heavy price to be perfectly honest, but the performance that day was ok. (We've) been to Anfield, been to Old Trafford, difficult venues but we gave a real, good account of ourselves in both games. That's why I was looking forward to this game, because we weren't playing badly and we felt there were opportunities today to test Arsenal and that's what we did."

SOUNDBITE: Mark Hughes, Stoke City manager (on Stoke's fourth goal being disallowed by the referee Anthony Taylor)

"From my point of view he seemed to be the only one who wanted to look for something wrong with the goal. I think everybody in the stadium, Arsenal fans, Arsenal staff accepted that it was an outstanding individual goal (by Bojan) and it should've stood. But, whether or not he felt, from his position, that he felt somebody was interfering - he obviously did because that's the reason he's chalked it off. But, as I say, I think, given the quality of the goal and the finish, I think he should've allowed it."

SOUNDBITE: Mark Hughes, Stoke City manager (on whether there is a specific approach to beating Arsenal)

"You've got to have an intensity to your play, you've got to put balls in good areas. Arsenal, at the back this year, obviously had a lot of changes in different personnel, so we sensed that would be the case again today because leading into the game there was talk that they were going to be missing certain players, so we knew that if we could get at them quite early (then) that little bit of disorganisation that comes from changes of personnel in the back, maybe we could capitalise on that. And I think that was the case, certainly in the early part of the game."
