"Well, we needed a result and we needed to give everybody a lift, because it's been difficult over the last month, particularly, bu the one thing about this league, as I've learned, is that it's unforgiving. You can quite easily go four, five games without picking up anything, so it was always going to be difficult, especially when we went behind, but we've taken something from the game."

"We could quite easily be four, five, six points better off, but I think most of the bottom teams will say that. But that's what this league is. I don't think I've really played the team, in my mind, which I think is the best team, for one reason or another, but I'm still convinced that we've got a good enough squad that will improve us on last year."
