SOUNDBITE (English) Alan Irvine, West Bromwich Albion coach: (on West Brom's good form threat posed by West Ham on Tuesday night)
"We need to get back to winning at home and we need to do that as quickly as we possibly can. We've got another stiff test coming against a team which is fifth in the league (West Ham), so recently we've played two of the form teams (leaders Chelsea and Newcastle United), two teams that are in the Champions League last 16 (Chelsea and Arsenal) and somebody who is fifth in the league, so I could have asked for slightly better fixtures at this time, but that's the way they come. West Ham have done really, really well this season so far, I've seen them live a couple of times, but it's a game we've got to go into with a very positive outlook. I've reminded the players and we've done more work in terms of our attacking today and hopefully we'll see the fruits of that work."
SOUNDBITE (English) Alan Irvine, West Bromwich Albion coach: (on a very busy December)
"It's a really important month. It's a really important month for everybody, you know, wherever you happen to be in the table at this time, it's a really important month because there are so many games and clearly, if you have a good December, you'll be in a great position at the end of the month. If you have a bad December, then you won't be in that... That applies to everyone from Chelsea to the bottom of the table, you know, so it's a big, big month because of the number of games."
