Intro:
Lock Rob Simmons looks ahead to getting his 50th cap in Australia's autumn international against England at Twickenham.
Script:
Australia face England at Twickenham this weekend. The same match, in the same stadium will be played at the World Cup next year but the Wallabies insist this match will not effect who wins the big one in 2015.
SOUNDBITE (English) Michael Hooper, Australia captain: (on whether the England game will have any bearing on the World Cup)
"Oh, no... we won't be looking at it like it would set ourselves up for the World Cup. What it is for us, right now, is another opportunity to play at Twickenham, we will be playing the English there next year, so it's... we're not calling it a trial match or anything for what we'll see next year. What we... it's another opportunity for us to play at Twickenham and try to play how we want to play and that's probably the focus of the week so far.
"The English are a good team, they've played some very tough teams in the past five weeks and we know they are in good nick, despite what the ledger says, so it's going to be a good game."
A special game too for lock Rob Simmons, who will earn his 50th cap.
SOUNDBITE (English) Rob Simmons, Australia Lock: (on winning his 50th cap for Australia)
"Yeah, it's a pretty special moment for me and I'm quite proud of it. I've actually never played England at Twickenham, so it's almost a first in the same way, so you know, looking forward to the game and just playing my role within this game and it's not really about me at all, it's about trying to win this match."
Both sides will be desperate for that win, to end disappointing autumns on a high.
