Intro:
Scotland trained on Monday (17th November) in preparation for the following day's international friendly meeting with 'Auld Enemy' England in Glasgow.
Script:
After the build-up to the intense Euro 2016 qualifier against the Republic of Ireland n Friday, the fact that Scotland were going to host England in a friendly on Tuesday was almost forgotten.
But, it is hard to forget the world's oldest fixture, whether it is a friendly or not.
60,000 supporters are expected to create an excellent atmosphere at Celtic Park.
And the Scottish supporters will be confident of victory.
Scotland have only lost one of their last ten matches under Gordon Strachan, including that crucial 1-0 win over the Republic of Ireland.
The match will be the 112th meeting between the two rival nations since 1872 and Scotland will be out for revenge after England won the last encounter 3-2 at Wembley last August.
England haven't played in Scotland since a 2-0 Euro 2000 play-off victory in 1999.
With Tuesday's game coming so quickly after Friday's nights exertions, Strachan may select the likes of Johnny Russel, Chris Burke and Graham Dorrans.
One thing is certain though, whoever starts against England will not regard the match as a friendly.
