SOUNDBITE: Gordon Strachan, Scotland manager (on intensity of training ahead of the England game)

"Well we've done some work on Saturday. We had Sunday off to relax our minds and out bodies and then we put on the training today just thinking lets see what we can do with them and then with an intensive warm up I thought that would be good and they'll take their foot off the gas when they go into the game situation that we put on. No. It was intense like it was the first day of preseason with these guys. I've got so many players wanting to play tomorrow night and so there were one or two bumps this morning but it didn't affect anybody. It was like the old fashioned just rub it and get on with it."

SOUNDBITE: Gordon Strachan, Scotland manager (on expecting this match to be competitive)

"I would think that most of the England players would be looking forward to this game. Absolutely. I think it's one that they know is going to be competitive, they know that there is going to be an atmosphere and great players enjoy that. And they've got some great players.

SOUNDBITE: Gordon Strachan, Scotland manager (on making Scotland v England a more regular fixture)

"Well we need to keep up the standard. you can only play it if the public want it and the public definitely enjoyed the last game. Not just the footballing world but everybody who was in London seemed to enjoy the atmosphere. Lets produce another game of football."

SOUNDBITE: Andy Robertson (on feeling jaded after the Ireland game)

"The adrenaline is still kind of pumping through us all and we've got a massive game tomorrow which everyone is really looking forward to so hopefully that can just keep going and we can put in another good performance."

SOUNDBITE: Andy Robertson (on treating this as a competitive fixture)

"All we know is that we are taking this as a competitive game and I think they'll be the same. It's a massive occasion for both teams so I think both teams will take it the same. We're both trying to keep our good form going so we'll see what happens tomorrow night."
