    Fifa Secretary General Jérôme Valcke reacts to a report by football's world governing body which clears 2022 World Cup hosts Qatar of corruption.

    "It was a very important report and the decision made by Judge Eckert to say that the bidding process was well organised, was professionally organised for these bids of (20)18 and 2022, and there was no question about the validity of the decision made in December that Qatar and Russia will host -- for Russia 2018 and for Qatar 2022. We received... we have not waited for the Ethics Committee to come with some recommendation of what we should add within the bidding process for the next World Cup, talking about 2026. We have already been working... there was a first decision made by the FIFA Executive Committee and FIFA Congress -- and the final, final decision has to be with the FIFA Congress and not anymore the FIFA ExCo (Executive Committee). But within the bidding process we have been working, the FIFA administration to make sure that, again, there is no more question about how a bidding process is conducted..."
