Reaction from World Football Forum in Moscow as Eckert report into corruption within football's world governing body clears both the 2018 and 2022 World Cup hosts.

"All the installations, the concessions for food, the toilets and so on, that's so important to have time to test. And some of the stations, for example the station of opening match, we have only ready fifteen days before the World Cup. It's not the ideal but of course we are ready to surpass these challenges and deliver the opening match and so on, it's not easy."

SOUNDBITE (Russian) Alexei Sorokin, chief of Russia's 2018 World Cup organising committee:

"We haven't planned and we won't build anything unnecessary. Everything will be aimed at a full-scale and well-considered use after the World Cup. The World Cup organisation is impossible without participation of the state and state involvement is enormous and it can hardly be overestimated. You know that our Supervisory Council (of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Organising Committee) is headed by Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the Executive Council (of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Organising Committee) is chaired by the Sports Minister, so our connection with the state is very close and it's the only way to organise the World Cup correctly and effectively."

"Although there have been probably some individuals that did go against code of ethics, I don't know who it would be and if there will be open cases against those individuals, but bedding process as a whole is not put in question. That's for us the main finding, it means that Russia and Qatar they won, they were awarded because they were the best."
