Dutch Eredivisie champions Ajax hosted newly-promoted Dordrecht on Saturday.

Ajax forward Kolbeinn Sigtórsson slipped in Anwar El Ghazi and The Toekomst prodigy set up Lasse Schone for the opener.

Former Manchester United and Ajax keeper Edwin van der Sar celebrated in the stands but it was Dordrecht who saw red. Referee Ed Janssen showed Josimar Lima his second yellow card for this foul on El Ghazi in the second half.

Schone then curled a trademark free-kick up and over the wall to doubled Ajax's lead.

That was the Denmark playmaker's third goal in as many games.

The Amsterdammers upheld their tradition of ball-playing centre-backs when Joel Veltman started this move before latching on to Davy Klaassen's through ball. The 22-year-old then audaciously lobbed Filip Kurto to put the result beyond doubt.

A game of head tennis between Ricardo van Rhijn and Klaassen set up 20-year-old Lucas Andersen for the hosts' fourth. Game, set, match.
