SOUNDBITE: (English) Manuel Pellegrini, Manchester City manager (Q: How big a game is the meeting with Manchester United?):
"It's a very important game but every game has (a worth of) just three points so it's very important for us to try to add three points more for this season and always, being a derby, it has an added importance and is more important for the fans."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Manuel Pellegrini, Manchester City manager (Q: You've now gone your last three games without a win. Is this a good time to play a derby?):
"It doesn't depend on what we do in the games before the derby. I think it's important for us to play against Manchester United and next week against Queens Park Rangers and against CSKA Moscow on Wednesday in the same way that we normally do and that for me is more important for the moment."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Manuel Pellegrini, Manchester City manager:
"I don't think that because Chelsea have two points more than (at this stage) last year. Or three points more. I don't know how many, than last year at this moment. Arsenal has one less (than they did) I think today, I don't think that you can be sure that it will be continued the whole year. We are not fighting against Chelsea only. We are fighting against all of the big teams and everyone has their chances to win the Premier League. That is one competition that we are trying to compete in. Also the Champions League and we will try to win the FA Cup also and at the end of the season we can analyse and see all of the different conclusions about that."
