SOUNDBITE: (English) Roberto Martinez, Everton manager:

"When we scored the equaliser I thought the character we had to not get disappointed from not scoring from the penalty or from conceding the first goal - and even going right to the end with a lot of energy and a lot of effort. I..I thought that the players don't deserve the feeling that they are sharing now. At least we should have got a positive result but in football those things happen and I thought that David de Gea was man of the match and he was the difference in the scoreline.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Roberto Martinez, Everton manager:

"The congestion with the fixture list: I welcome that. I think it is the only thing we need to test the squad and push us to the next level. We are disappointed with the amount of points we have in the league and we are not hiding from that. But we need to make sure we don't drop the level of performance because if you come to Old Trafford and you deserve a positive result. It is making sure that we keep the level of performance because the results will come over the course of the season."
