  • Intro:

Reaction after Celtic beat Dinamo Zagreb 1-0 in Group D of the Europa League.

    Script:

SOUNDBITE: (English) Ronny Deila, Celtic manager:

"When you see the second half, they were better than us and had their chances. In the first half we had the chances and it was even with the ball. We started the game very well. We had good pressure and also we had a fantastic goal, that we scored. So, I think the first half was very good. I think we equalled them, we saw more goal chances, but in the second half we got tired and couldn't keep up the pressure and we couldn't keep the ball. But in the end it was a fantastic team spirit, we worked really hard, defended fantastically. They didn't get a lot of chances, even though they had the ball a lot, so I am very pleased with that. That we have to take with us, the team spirit and the fighting we did together. But also we need better passing and they have to keep the ball for longer periods."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Ronny Deila, Celtic manager:

    (talking about goalkeeper Craig Gordon)

"Craig was unbelievable. (indistinct) vital saves. I said to him in the dressing room afterwards that we have him to thank to get zero goals behind and win the game."
