"I checked on the internet and the names you find are not all that well known but their seasonal history is quite impressive, especially their 1-0 win in Glasgow. We really have to take them seriously and know who we are facing, so tomorrow we will go into the game well prepared."

SOUNDBITE: (German) Jens Keller, Schalke manager (Q: How do you motivate the players after the win over Borussia Dortmund at the weekend?):

"No question the Dortmund game is something special here but we are playing Champions League tomorrow, the group stage of the Champions League and that's where every player wanted to be and so, when the music starts to play it is a very special experience, it doesn't matter who you are playing. So no problem motivating the team."

SOUNDBITE: (German) Julian Draxler, Schalke midfielder:

"It seems like we played our best games this season against the so-called strong opponents but I am convinced that the game against (Werder) Bremen did show which way we want to go, that we will play more successful against the so-called smaller teams. It would be good to stay successful and of course we want to show that against an allegedly smaller team than Chelsea, we can get three points"
