SOUNDBITE (German) Philipp Lahm, Bayern Munich captain:
(On why the team struggled against Hamburg)
"What do you mean by mental attitude? We obviously didn't do enough in the first half and that was our problem. This was Bayern's first week this season where we played three matches. We also played the English champions Manchester City on Wednesday. It's a common thing to have a hard time getting into the next game after the Champions League. But we shouldn't take until the second half to start playing like we did today. Though I believe we had enough chances in the second half to win the match. Still, our first half performance wasn't good enough."
SOUNDBITE (English) Lewis Holtby, Hamburg player:
(On Hamburg's result)
"The team ,everyone, showed a very good performance, a high spirit. The team mentality today was outstanding. Lots of running, lots of fighting, complement to the whole team, to everybody who was here today. Now we have to be calm, keep on working and show it next week again."
SOUNDBITE (German) Jerome Boateng, Bayern Munich defender:
(On the game)
"We totally missed out on the first half today. We played too slowly. We played a better game in the second half and created some chances. But it wasn't enough today and we can only blame ourselves. We have to play better now that we're trailing behind in the table."
