"There's never a question of morale I don't think here, that's always good. The second part of you're question: you're right, we're close to getting our first win, I think that's fair to say. We've arguably deserved one and haven't got one but that's football. You know, we've got to make sure that we force the issue and make sure we get wins. As I suggest, performance levels have been good, but we're not naive, you've got to win games. We did it freely last year and now we're looking to build into a different challenge, a tougher challenge into getting wins this season."

"It's different, you know, it's different to the Championship for sure. But the basic is the same, you know you gonna stop it once, and you gonna put it in the other. We are going quite nicely in one end, and we just gonna sharpen up in the other, you know. And you can talk about it all day, but that's what it actually comes down to. And that's why they work and try on the field, try to get it done, in order to allow that to happen."
