Luis Suarez was unveiled for the first time as a Barcelona player on Monday.

The Uruguayan and his new team-mates were shown off to the media.

Former Arsenal man Thomas Vermaelen was also on show along with Ivan Rakitic, as well as manager Luis Enrique.

Suarez trained with the rest of the squad despite being unavailable until the end of October due to biting Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup.

The squad were preparing for their traditional curtain raiser in the traditional Joan Gamper Trophy against Mexican club Leon.

On Thursday the Court of arbitration relaxed Suarez's ban: which allows him to train and play in unofficial matches.

The Uruguayan who was bought from for £75 million concludes his ban just in time for the first El Clasico of the season on October 25, some start that would be for the former Liverpool man.
