    SOUNDBITE: (English) Ronald Koeman:

"Not that, not that because from the eight to the relegation is a lot of positions [in the table] but no, no, I don't think so [Southampton will be relegated]. But because we lost some good football players but we bring in some new ones and of course the pre-season was difficult. It was difficult for everybody [at Southampton]. We know that 'till the deadline of the end of August [we can] bring in some changes [players] in Southampton but every team have that problem and we are prepared and I believe in the qualities [of the squad] and I believe in our ambition and we can do a good season."

    SOUNDBITE: (English) Ronald Koeman:

"No, it's business in the football. A long time ago, I was thinking about English football , what they spent to sign players. I think it's the time of now what we have and of course you can always discuss about if the player is [worth] 30 millions or ten millions [in transfer fee]. But the clubs pay that lot of money [sic] and everybody knew that Southampton got a lot of money in and of course maybe they used that, maybe the agents used that. That's [a] normal way of doing business and for me the most important [thing] as a manager is that we bring in good players and that we have the real competition in our squad and that we are prepared for Sunday [at Liverpool]."
