Divock Origi won and scored a controversial penalty to help Lille beat Caen 1-0 in French Ligue 1.

    Script:

Caen were hoping to build on their impressive 3-0 opening day win against Evian when they welcomed Lille to the Stade Michel d'Ornano. They were dealt a blow just after half-time though, listen to this... cries of pain from the home side's striker Mathieu Duhamel. The clash with Sebastien Corchia enough to end his night.

The defining moment of the game came in the 67th minute when Lille's Divock Origi, who is on loan from Liverpool, went down in the box. The referee gave a penalty and sent off Dennis Appiah. Caen's players were left fuming.

Origi wasn't fussed he took the spot kick to put the away side one up.

There was some late drama as Caen had a header cleared off the line but it finished 1-0. The fans made their feelings known on the final whistle... as did the players. Lille move on to four points from two games.
