Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky believes that the English Premier League side are "very well equipped to fight for the title", while Aaron Ramsey said on Friday (25th July) that the team were keen to "build" on last season's FA Cup success.

"I think, you know, we had some injuries at a vital part of the season and that interfered with the results a bit, but other than that I think we've done, we did ever so well the whole of the season. You know, we were the team that was at the top of the league the most days and, yeah, we won some silverware last year as well. So all in all it was a successful season for us and we want to build on that now and win more things this year as well."

(Q: That's my next question, how do you build off of the FA Cup?)

"Like I said, we've had that, you know, that feeling of winning a trophy and that feeling is quite special so we want to, you know, we want to have that feeling again as quickly as possible and hopefully a few more times this year."

"We will see at the end of the season, but at the moment I think we are very well equipped to fight for the title for the whole season, so I'm very confident about it."

Q: You have the FA Cup, how do you build off of that?

"Yeah absolutely, the FA Cup was very important to get, because we have plenty of young players and very important for them to win something."
