    Script:

Incheon United hosted Pohang Steelers on Wednesday in the 17th round of the K League Classic season.

Incheon had the first chance to score in the seventh minute when striker Lee Chun-Soo's long-range shot was well kept out by Pohang goalkeeper Shin Hwa-Yong.

Pohang didn't carve out any great opportunities in the whole game, but this speculative effort from Kang Su-II before the interval almost helped the visitors break the deadlock.

In the second period, Incheon attacked with great intent but still they could not convert chances into goals.

In the 77th minute, Shin Hwa-Yong ran out of his box and thwarted the attacking Jin Sung-Uk with his right arm.

However, the resulting free-kick from Kim Jun-Su went over the crossbar.

Incheon won a second free-kick in the same position before the end of the game, but the outcome was exactly the same.

    The contest ended nil-nil.

Pohang remained on top of the league with 34 points - with Incheon, on 11, still sitting at the bottom heading into round 18.
