"There's no great secret, he's (Roy Keane) somebody that I get on really well with and have done for a long, long time and put it this way, I wouldn't bring Roy in for the sake of his name. I'm bringing him in because I think he can definitely bring something to the table and I'm really looking forward to working with him, I think it will be great."

"He's a top, top guy, a great football person, first and foremost and, as I said before he's somebody I get on really well with, somebody that I think that will bring a lot to the table. He's got great football knowledge, he's played at one of the biggest clubs in the world and probably one of the best players to come out of the Premiership. He's had a successful time with Sunderland, it's not easy to get a team promoted, as everybody knows, he's had success so I've got no problem what so ever."
