Argentina fans left the Corinthians stadium in a jubilant mood after Angel Di Maria's last minute goal against Switzerland in the second half of extra time sent his side through to the quarter finals.

Argentinean Luciano Garcia was happy that his team made it through to the next round, but wasn't completely satisfied with his national team's performance:

"The truth is they did not play well, but the good is that they have a good team."

With their team out of the World Cup, the Swiss fans explained that they deserved to progress to the next round:

"The Swiss were very good and Argentina were boring. Switzerland should had won. Very good game."

The majority of the fans in the Sao Paulo stadium were Argentineans and their side will now take on Belgium in the quarter final, after they needed extra time to beat the USA.
