  • Intro:

Algeria and South Korea fans gathered in Porto Alegre, Brazil, on Sunday ahead of their World Cup Group H match.

    Script:

There is more a sense of excitment than trepidation among Algeria fans in Porto Alegre, that's despite the fact they could be eliminated from the World Cup if they lose to South Korea later today.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Samir Djebba, Algeria fan:

"Against South Korea I hope we play more on the attack because last game we played more defensive. So if we play normal I'm sure we will win the match today."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Bilad Bouhoum, Algeria fan:

"I love Brazil. People here are awesome, are very welcoming and they are helpful, so thanks to Brazilian people."

Korean fans are enjoying themselves too.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Chei Lee, South Korea fan:

"We like it here very, very much. There is a lot of excitement and a lot of people, so we love Brazil, love Brazil."

They'll be hoping to wave goodbye to Algeria later, but they might not be able to get rid of them that easily.
