    Protesters mob cars transporting the Brazilian sports minister and state governor in Rio de Janeiro on Monday.

    Script:

    Inside these cars are the Brazilian sports minister Aldo Rebelo and Rio governor Luiz Fernando Pezao. They are surrounded by protesters angry at the money being spent on the World Cup.

    They leave their mark with stickers and probably a ringing in the ear. UPSOT

    At one point, tensions spill over and a small clash breaks out with the police.

    "We are here today, as we have been on the streets nearly every day, to say that billions are being spent on the World Cup, but next to nothing is being put into education, we are demanding that our salaries be adjusted and we are here today because this is the responsibility of Governor Pezao (Rio de Janeiro Governor Luiz Fernando Pezao) and the Mayor Eduardo Paes."

    It's not the story Rebelo and Pezao would have wanted these journalists to write about after attending the opening of a new media centre, but it almost certainly will be.
