Germany held their first training session in Brazil on Monday since arriving in the country for the World Cup.

The three time winners are based in Santo Andre, on the outskirts of Sao Paulo.

'Die Mannschaft's' final warm up game was a 6-1 victory over Armenia, a game in which Miroslav Klose became the country's all time top goal scorer.

However, they will have to cope without Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus, who suffered an ankle ligament tear in the final pre-World Cup warm-up game.

Germany are in Group G with Portugal, Ghana and the United States in what many people consider the most difficult group at this year's finals.

The Germans will face Portugal in their opening game at the Arena Fonte Nova in Salvador on 16 June.
