"I think for us you need the top players playing regardless of injuries and things like that. Mile is obviously the captain and we need his leadership as much his football. His presence and what he creates as a player breaking the play up, when you play against those tricky midfielders that like to play in triangles like Chile do, I'm pretty sure when it comes shoulder to shoulder they won't want to be rubbing it with Mile."
