It's just about getting together, adding your experience from wherever you've come, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, France, England, Ireland, Wales, whatever, and just saying, 'look, we really really really care about this.' And whether or not you're being paid or not, it doesn't matter. You can't pay someone enough to throw the body into areas where it's really gonna hurt, you know.
