Club Brugge moved to the top of the Belgian Pro League standings following a 3-1 away win over Lokeren in the playoffs.
The hosts took a first-half lead when striker Hamdi Harbaoui headed past goalkeeper Matthew Ryan.
The goal seemed to have been ruled out, when the linseman flagged for offside. However, that decision was correctly overruled by referee Sebastien Delferiere following a discussion with his assistant.
The second half saw a Brugge revival, with Eidur Gudjohnsen equalising in the 62nd, before Tom De Sutter gave the visitors the lead in the 68th following a swift counter attack.
Midfielder Waldemar Sobata added a third in the closing stages, following another quick break, as Lokeren pressed forward in search of a stoppage-time leveller.
The win sees Club Brugge move onto 42 points, two clear of second-placed Standard Liege.
Meanwhile, Lokeren remain in fifth place on 31 points.
