  • Intro:

Everton manager Roberto Martinez has called the referee's decision not give his side a penalty and instead book Leon Osman for diving 'cheap' after their 2-0 defeat at Southampton.

    Script:

SOUNDBITE: (English) Roberto Martinez, Everton manager:

"I thought it was a cheap decision to book the player, I'm sure that the referee was looking just at Leon Osman and he didn't realise that the centre half just threw himself on the ground without touching the ball. So that for me was a... that should have been given as a penalty. The other one is a little bit of a tug, it could be, it could work both ways."
