"That's very nice and if I got it, there would be no one more pleased than myself. But there is other people involved - as I've said, a football club is not just about one person. The chairman and directors take a lot of credit for backing us at Christmas with the players we've got in and the players since I've come into this football club have really bought into what we've tried to do. You can have situations where you take over as manager and people don't get behind you and irrespective of who you are then you are in trouble."
