"I am not privy to what goes on at West Brom but I thought Steve Clarke did a great job last year in getting West Brom in a really lofty position in the Premier League. When we were at Everton last year, we were challenging West Brom a lot of the time. They had done really well so we were surprised when Steve left. But I am not aware what is going on at West Brom. Steve Clarke is a really good manager and he proved it again at West Brom."
