    SOUNDBITE: (English), Asamoah Gyan:

Since 2006 we've been able to qualify for the World Cup and I think it is a great thing. 2006 was a stepping stone - we were inexperienced at that time because it was our first World Cup. We were able to qualify for the next stage. 2010 we went to the quarter finals, which we improved. This year I think the expectations will be more in Ghana because we are able to prove to ourselves that we can deliver."

    SOUNDBITE: (English), Asamoah Gyan:

"It's not an easy group. It's a really, really tough group and what matters is the first game. We need to make sure we win in the first game and then we see what happens because it boosts our confidence."
