Fabio, Kenwyne Jones and Norwegian trio Magnus Wolff Eikrem, Mats Moller Daehli and Jo Inge Berget were put through their paces.

Bottom team Cardiff, who have lost 6 of their last 7 games have also secured Wilfried Zaha on loan from Manchester United. He joins until the end of the season after barely featuring under David Moyes

SOUNDBITE (English) Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Cardiff City coach:

(on new loan signing, 21 year-old Wilfried Zaha from Manchester United)

"I don't think he's got something to prove, I think he just wants to come and play football, enjoy his football, because he's been now sat on the bench, he's played a few games for Manchester United, but that's not what he hoped for when he went (joined Manchester United), so he just now wants to find himself, play football, play with confidence and help Cardiff stay in the league."
