Just three days before the Super Bowl, The Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks were on the practice pitch getting in some valuable practice time ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl.

Just three days until the Super Bowl and both teams are putting in their final preparations.

The Denver Broncos practiced at the indoor facility used by the New York Jets.

They were focussing on turnovers and its been an approach that has worked well for Pete Carroll's team.

Seattle's stingy defence led the NFL with 39 takeaways, a fact Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos are well aware of.

Seattle Quarterback Russell Wilson prefers to call the 90-minute session "No-Turnover Thursday."

The Seahawks are determined not to give the Broncos any extra opportunities through fumbles or interceptions.
