"That is exactly the reason I want to give back. Given the experience I've had in football. In particular, I've always enjoyed working with young people and I'll continue to do this in this role - helping young coaches - and also the present format of the Champions League coaches. The experience I've had over the years hopefully will help them too. It's a good challenge. It's something I will enjoy and I look forward to it."
