The South African rugby team held a practice session in Johannesburg on Monday after their win against England in the first Test.

At a press conference after the practice session coach Heyneke Meyer said that he felt relieved after the performance of his team.

SOUNDBITE (English): Heyneke Meyer, South Africa coach
"It is important on keeping the pressure on the team and it's important to keep our feet on the ground and be humble. I thought that England was awesome at times and just by great defence and great discipline we kept them out. So I don't want to get into a comfort zone where we feel that the job is done, they will definitely come back stronger and we need to make up a step up in that."

South Africa host England in the second test on Saturday (June 16th).
