Intro:
Andre Villas-Boas admitted on Friday (2nd March) that Jose Mourinho's achievements at Chelsea cast a shadow over his control of the London club.
Villas-Boas takes his side to in-form West Brom on Saturday with Chelsea currently outside the top four, a situation which has led to constant speculation over the former Porto coach's future.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Andre Villas-Boas, Chelsea manager
(on Jose Mourinho):
"I think the only place where Jose's shadow isn't lurking is in Barcelona. In the rest of the world, his shadow is lurking everywhere else. He's one of the best managers in the world so if you can trade a successful manager for the best manager of the world, everybody wants it, no?"
Q - At this club in particular it seems whichever manager sits there, he always seems to be...
"But I think its normal for the history he left in this football club. I think it's a presence ever felt. The most successful part of this club's history is related to Jose, so its normal."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Andre Villas-Boas, Chelsea manager
(on West Brom who lost 2-1 at Chelsea in the second game of the season)
"It was a long time ago, of course beginning of the league. Different situation now. Different run of results recently for West Brom achieved from 4-4-2 to 4-3-3 which they've been doing very very well. Two amazing results against Wolves and against Sunderland. So, I think, for sure, a different West Brom, a different Chelsea from the one in the beginning. But it doesn't take away our responsibilities and we'll need to focus on trying to win."
