Carlo Ancelotti Fines Himself After Offensive Gesture Towards Hertha Berlin Fans

Bayern Munich boss Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly fined himself over the offensive gesture he made towards Hertha Berlin fans.
The Italian manager admitted to raising his middle finger to opposing fans in the wake of his side's 1-1 draw at the Olympiastadion on Saturday.
Ancelotti was clearly left frustrated after it took a late Robert Lewandowski equaliser to snatch a point for his side. It meant they missed the chance to extend their lead over RB Leipzig to seven points.
But in a bid to make up for his post-match antics, Ancelotti has imposed a fine of around £4,200 on himself as punishment, according to Football Italia.
It's not often we witness the former Real Madrid, AC Milan and Chelsea boss lose his cool.
His reasoning behind the gesture was that Hertha fans allegedly spat at him from the stands.
Ancelotti caught in the act.
Despite dropping two points at the weekend, Bayern still hold a five-point lead over second place Leipzig and are in pole position to retain the Bundesliga title.
They also find themselves all but through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League after their 5-1 demolition of Arsenal in Munich last week.
Up next, Ancelotti's men host Hamburg at the Allianz Arena on Saturday.
