Monaco ace Thomas Lemar is wanted by Man City and Chelsea
The impressive 21-year-old winger is attracting plenty of interest ahead of this summer's transfer window.
French outlet L'Equipe claim Manchester City and Chelsea are both keen on the ex-Caen sensation.
It is said that Atletico Madrid could also join the hunt for him should Manchester United target Antoine Griezmann leave the club this summer.
Monaco will demand upwards of £30m for Lemar who is under contract until June 2020.
The France international has scored 10 goals and provided seven assists in all competitions this season.
He scored the winner in Monaco's 2-1 Champions League win over Tottenham in November.
Pep Guardiola has already signed several top young talents during his short time as City boss and is a fan of Lemar.
Chelsea chief Antonio Conte, meanwhile, would like to add more pace to his squad.
Lemar would fit the bill for both Prem bosses who would have plenty of cash to spend this summer.
